Saturday is Fred Dame's rare Wines Dinner form 6-9 PM. there will be rare wines from the Guild of Sommelier's own private collection paired with hoorary cuisine by clebrated chef Scott Giambastiani.

The Day After Alchemy 10 AM to 12:00PM festival master Sommeliers compete to create the best concoction cure for any lingering weekend hangovers using their hidden talents in breakfast fare.

Sunday afternoon is the Walla Walla and Cheese 2PM-3:30 PM. Cheese aficionado Kent Torrey of the The cheese Shop in Carmel and Santa Barbara returns for another unforgettable sampling of delectable cheeses!

Sunday 6-9PM Maui top chefs are featured in a bounty of the Pacific complimented by wine selections from the Festival Host, master Sommelier Fred Dame. Enjoy Live entertainment.
