Joanne has been traveling and selling real estate between Santa Cruz, Ca. and Kapalua Maui since 1994. She is an expert in both locations. Joanne does live most of the year now in Maui, near her work in Kapalua. She is just minutes away from the reort, which is 23,000 acres fstretching from the tops of the mountains to the sea.

Joanne graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 1978 with a BA in Sociology. She is very serious about continuing her education in the Real Estate field. She has completed negotiation courses and knows how to obtain for her clients the best possible price in any market. Joanne's designations are the key to her continued success. CRS, Certified Residential Specialist includes the top 4 % of all Realtors nationwide. This designation requires intensive training and testing.

E-Pro is an internet based designation requiring computer skills for the internet market we have today.
